Billing & Plans
Manage your subscription, view invoices, and understand plan limits.
DNS Watchdog offers a free tier and paid plans. The Billing page shows your current plan, subscription status, and invoice history.
Current plan
The Billing page displays:
- Plan name — your current subscription tier
- Status — active, trialing, past due, or cancelled
- Billing period — current billing cycle dates
- Next billing date — when your next invoice will be generated
Managing your subscription
Click Manage Billing to open the billing portal where you can:
- Update your payment method
- Change your plan
- View and download invoices
- Cancel your subscription
Invoices
All past invoices are listed on the Billing page with:
- Invoice date
- Amount charged
- Payment status (paid, open, draft)
- Link to view the full invoice
Free tier
The free plan includes basic DNS monitoring with limited features. Contact sales to upgrade to a paid plan for full access to all scanning, notification, and management features.
Admin access required
Billing management requires Admin permissions within your organisation.
