Review Pipeline
How copycat findings appear beside DNS issues in the Review Pipeline, on the dashboard and in the Zones table.
Findings are not stored as issues — their assessment, page snapshot and screenshot have no place in an issue, and they never affect the DNS health grade — but they follow the same review lifecycle, and the product shows them wherever you review the rest of your estate.
In the pipeline lists
The sidebar's Review Pipeline lists include findings alongside DNS issues, and their badges count them:

A finding row is easy to tell from an issue:
- The Issue column reads Copycat domain, with its dot toned by the finding's risk classification (red for high risk, amber for medium, blue for low).
- The Record column shows the copycat domain, and under it the brand it trades on and its risk score — Copycat of Bourjois · Risk 92.
- The Zone column lists the zones of yours the finding resembles.
- The Review Status pill is the finding's own menu — Pending review, Watching, Flagged, Ignored — and choosing Ignored asks for the reason, exactly as on the Brand Protection page.
- The Jira column (switch it on from the Columns menu) raises the finding's ticket, or links to it once one exists.
- The Last Scan column shows when the finding was last checked.
- The severity filter applies to findings by their classification: high risk counts as high, medium as medium, low as low, benign as informational. The free-text search matches the domain, brands, threat types and reasoning.
Clicking a finding row opens the finding's own page rather than an issue modal, and its back link — Back to Review Pipeline — returns to the exact pipeline view you left.
Two things the pipeline does not do with findings: they cannot be selected for the bulk actions, which act on issues only (triage findings one at a time, or from the Brand Protection page), and they never count towards the score or the Fix first card.
If the findings cannot be read for any reason, the pipeline shows your DNS issues as normal and simply omits the findings until they can be read again.
On the dashboard
The dashboard's Brand Protection card sits beside Fix first. Its three tiles count findings that are Flagged, Pending review and being Watched — a tile takes its status colour as soon as its count is non-zero, and opens the list filtered to that status. Below the tiles, Highest risk lists the five highest-scoring active findings with their risk badges; each opens the finding's page. All N findings opens the full list.
An organisation with no brands yet is pointed at the Brands page; one with brands and nothing found sees an all-clear. See the dashboard page.
In the Zones table
The Copycats column of the Zones table counts the active findings for each zone's brand and links straight to those findings on the Brand Protection page.
