What does this mean?
Unlike every other issue, this one is not raised automatically by the scanner. It is created manually by a user from the Screenshots gallery when a captured page looks problematic — for example a defaced page, a phishing page, malware, or otherwise inappropriate content.
Why this is a problem
The screenshot flags content being served under your domain that may indicate a compromise or abuse of your infrastructure. Because a person has reviewed the capture and judged it problematic, it warrants investigation rather than dismissal.
What you should do
- Investigate the endpoint that produced the screenshot
- Remediate or take down the problematic content
- Once the content has been dealt with, mark the issue Resolved
